9/3/13 – Catching up with Miriam

Peter and I went downtown to Peel Café on Bowery and 2^nd for brunch with Miriam, her sister Lillian and son Benjamin. We hadn’t seen Miriam since 1999 but picked up on conversation like it was yesterday. Peter took her to the Australia Bar where she and the boys had lunch and watched the rugby.

I took Sue shopping and for a facial at Bloomingdales. Once glammed up we joined the boys, Miriam and Lillian for a great dinner at Pepolinos. Their ricotta baked cheescake was something special.
